Prior to using our services, users are requested to read carefully the general terms and condition given below. These terms of services are entered into between globeadvertise and the individual and/or entity identified in the online application submitted during the enrollment process. These terms are the general terms and conditions governing User’s use of the Services identified in the Quote and Service Agreement made available by globeadvertise through the website currently located at Http://www.globeadvertise.com/terms.

 

1. Definitions:

 

Please find following definitions which shall be applied. These are as below:

 

(a)Email invitations – means all the communications in the form of email sent by User to Prospects using the services, (b)Hosted Data – means information compiled about and from Prospects in regard to their use of the User Site, (c)Hosted Site/Site – means website owned and operated by http://www.globeadvertise.com in providing the services, (d) Prospect – means User’s prospective customers who are invited through the service to visit User’s site, (e)Service – means online sales, marketing and hosting services and software, (f) Site Content- means content and other materials made available by http://www.globeadvertise.com on User’s site solely for User’s business/commercial purpose and not for the benefits of http://www.globeadvertise.com, (g) User’s Site – means the commercial website owned and operated by User to which Prospects are directed to use the services. 

    

2. Registration: 

 

Before getting themselves registered to http://www.globeadvertise.com, for their email marketing campaign, users must fill their whole information on the registration form and they should prompt in up-dating the information if any changes occur. Also, if the user is registering on behalf of an entity, user has full right, power and authority to bind such entity to these terms of the Hosted Site.

User is solely responsible for complying with all relevant local laws pertaining to its use of the Service. All User applications to be used with the Service are subject to http://www.globeadvertise.com approval, at its sole but reasonable discretion. User agrees to accept all responsibility for all activities, including payment of fees resulting from all activities that occur under or by use of User's login ID and password. 

 

For certain types of accounts or certain features of the mass email marketing service, additional terms may apply. 

  

3. User’s use of the services:

 

As part of the service globeadvertise will host a temporary, single use, non-recurring temporary copy of the navigational links and text of the specific pages accessed by each prospect. Any violation of the laws discussed here by the users will be notified by Host Site giving fifteen days to users to remedy any such violation. 

  

In order to send Email Invitations and other SMS marketing applications to Prospects through the Service, User must submit to globeadvertise a current, valid email address for each Prospect. 

 

4. User retains and owns all the intellectual property rights in and to the Hosted Data. User is solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness and intellectual property ownership or right to use of the Hosted Data. Other than use as expressly permitted in these terms, User shall have no right of any kind to any of globeadvertise’s software, technology or materials or to use the service or any portion thereof.   

     

5. globeadvertise’s may, by posting changes to its Site, update and otherwise modify the Site or Service on its sole discretion. Modification of these terms will be deemed effective upon globeadvertis’ publication on the Site with respect to User's use of the Service occurring after the modification date.
